Why use
- A selective herbicide for the control of grass weeds in certain broadleaf crops.
- Can be tank mixed with certain other herbicides for tree release.
- Use with Collaborate Oil as directed for best results.
- Will control annual grasses such as Poa annua and a range of perennial grasses.

Application
Valiant® 520 may be applied using conventional ground or aerial equipment. If mixing with other chemicals they should be added before Valiant®520. It is always best to refer to the product label for application rates and details.Valiant 520 does not have grazing withholding periods established for forage crops. Ravensdown cannot recommend any use of Valiant 520 on forage crops. Treated crops or residues should not be grazed. Please refer to the product label for further information about withholding periods.

6 x 1L packs per outer (box).Storage
- Do not store near heat or flame.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Store in accordance with NZS 8409 Management of Agrichemicals.
- Store in original container tightly closed in a locked, dry, cool, well ventilated area away from sources of heat, ignition, foodstuffs, fertilisers and seeds.
- Please refer to the product label for product handling and storage details.
Shelf Life
When stored appropriately this product should show no significant degradation for two years from the date of manufacture. Please contact your Ravensdown Account Manager, or the Customer Centre on 0800 100 123, for further information about the use of any product that is older than this.Mixing
Mix required quantity in spray tank partly filled with water and maintain agitation through filling and spraying. When appropriate, spray oil such as Collaborate should be added once Valiant® 520 has been thoroughly mixed. When tank mixing with a compatible herbicide these should be thoroughly mixed and dispersed before Valiant® 520 is added to the tank.Valiant® 520 may be used in mixture with Atraflo, Simaflo, Terbaflo and Multiple.
WARNING: If broadleaf herbicides, particularly sulfonyl ureas, have been used at any time prior to applying Valiant® 520, ensure the spraying system has been thoroughly decontaminated in accordance with the relevant herbicide label directions prior to using the equipment to apply Valiant® 520. This is necessary to avoid the risk of crop damage from chemical residues that may be present in the spraying equipment from previous applications.
