Director Election 2026
Voting CLOSED for the election of two directors to the Ravensdown Board at 1pm on Tuesday 22 September.
The two successful candidates elected to the Ravensdown Board are:
- Kate Acland
- Jane Montgomery

As a standing director Jane is automatically reappointed to the board and Kate will take up office after Ravensdown’s 2026 Annual Meeting at 1pm on Thursday, 24 September 2026.

2026 Annual Meeting
Ravensdown will be holding its 48th Annual Meeting at 1pm on Thursday 24 September 2026. Shareholders can attend the meeting in person at Ravensdown’s offices at 292 Main South Road, Hornby, Christchurch or join online via Zoom.
The Notice of Meeting was posted to all transacting shareholders on 26 August 2026.
At the meeting the Board will be asking shareholders to vote on the standard resolution for the auditors’ remuneration.
How to vote on the resolution
If you are a transacting shareholder and still wish to vote for the annual meeting resolution you will need to join the meeting in person or online. Shareholders can RSVP to attend the meeting using the link in the Notice of Meeting.
Advance voting closed at 1pm on Tuesday 22 September 2026.
The result of the vote on the resolution will be posted on the Ravensdown website following the annual meeting.
